We are pleased to be working with an excellent SME environmental services company located in Liverpool who are looking for an accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This role is reporting into the financial controller and is an excellent role for someone with strong accounts payable to do a more all rounded role.
Overview Duties- Processing high volume of purchase invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Processing staff expenses
- Allocating cash on supplier accounts
- Processing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciling supplier invoices
- Assisting with sales ledger duties
- Maintaining the creditors ledger
- Assisting with general accounts administrative duties
- 37.5 hours per week - flexible with start and finish times
- 25 days + bank holidays
- Holiday buy back scheme
