Service Charge Accountant

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Finance Accountant located in Liverpool. The Property Finance Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, utilizing accounting software, and maintaining accurate financial records. The individual will also handle finance-related tasks, provide analytical insights, and support the accounting team in meeting regulatory and financial requirements.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
