Recipharm is looking for a Treasury Manager to oversee various aspects of the treasury function. As Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the company’s cash flow and liquidity, as well as managing debt and financial risks. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient capital allocation, maintaining strong banking relationships, and implementing treasury best practices. The Treasury Manager reports to the Head of Group Accounting and Treasury.

This is a fixed-term contract covering a paternity leave.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will oversee and manage the company’s liquidity structure and levels to support the organization’s operational and strategic objectives. In addition, you will oversee and manage the company’s third-party debt portfolio (banks, lenders, factoring etc), including related covenants and reporting requirements.

The role also includes identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks, such as foreign exchange, interest rate, and counter party risks. Furthermore, you will develop and implement financial risk mitigation strategies, as well as related policies and procedures.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in treasury management, ideally in a corporate or consultancy environment
  • Strong knowledge of cash management and financial instruments
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills
