This role offers the chance to shape a forward-thinking finance function and work closely with the Finance Director on strategic and operational priorities. The Opportunity As Head of Finance, you'll lead a sizeable and skilled finance team, ensuring strong financial stewardship, first-class reporting, and continuous improvement across processes and controls. You'll play a key role in the annual planning cycle, long-term financial modelling, and providing insightful financial support to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with organisational priorities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning cycles. Strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes to support operational excellence. Partner with senior stakeholders, offering guidance, challenge, and commercial insight. Oversee cashflow, working capital, and financial planning models.

Deputise for the Finance Director when required. About You A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA). Extensive experience as a Head of Finance or similar senior finance leader. Strong people-management skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team. Proven experience in strategic financial planning, controls, and reporting. Confidence in working with senior leadership and presenting financial insight clearly.
