Financial Reporting Accountant

Financial Reporting Accountant / £60,000 / Hybrid Working Fancy putting your financial reporting skills to work in the heart of Liverpool City Centre - without committing forever? We're on the lookout for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join our friendly, fast-paced finance team on a 6-month contract , starting immediately .

This role offers the best of both worlds with hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home - plus the chance to make a real impact from day one. What you'll be getting stuck into:
Preparing statutory accounts in line with FRS 102 Supporting the year-end and month-end close processes Producing high-quality financial statements and disclosures Liaising with external auditors and responding to audit queries Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy Maintaining strong financial controls and documentation Assisting with technical accounting queries and reporting improvements

What we're looking for:

A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Solid experience with statutory accounts and FRS 102
