Location: Hybrid / Office-based,
Salary: Up to £42,500 basic + uncapped commission,
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

As a Mortgage, Protection & Home buying Advisor you’ll support clients through every stage of their home buying journey, delivering clear, expert advice.

With warm leads booked directly into your diary, plus full admin and post‑application support, you can focus on what matters most: building relationships, delivering great outcomes, and maximising your earning potential without high‑pressure sales.

• Provide expert advice across mortgages, protection, and home buying
• Support clients throughout the full purchase journey
• Work high‑quality warm leads generated by our established brand
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships
• Collaborate with admin and post‑completion teams to ensure a smooth process

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Experience in mortgage advice (protection/home buying experience is beneficial but not essential)
• A strong customer‑first mindset
• Confident communication and relationship‑building skills
