Finance Systems Officer

• Annual salary of £33,638 (FTE)

• Full‑time (35 hours), part‑time and flexible working patterns available

The Finance Systems Officer is responsible for day‑to‑day administration, optimisation and support of financial systems, ensuring they remain accurate, secure and aligned with organisational policies. The role bridges finance and IT, supporting system users, maintaining data integrity and contributing to efficient financial operations.

Regenda will be implementing a new finance system over the next two years. The Finance Systems Officer will gain valuable experience working on a major implementation project and will enhance their skills as part of the project. The officer will also have the opportunity to work on a range of smaller service improvement projects.

• Hands‑on experience supporting financial software
• Proactive with strong analytical ability
• Expertise in system administration, data integrity and process optimisation, with confidence to troubleshoot issues
• Excellent Excel skills and an understanding of financial controls are essential
• Detail‑driven, collaborative and able to translate technical information for non‑technical colleagues
