Transactional Finance Manager / 6 Month Fixed Term Contract / Team Management/ Process Improvement/ System Migration/ CIS/ Hybrid Working (2 Day WFH)

Forge Talent has partnered with a leading, multibillion pound turnover service provider as they look to develop the delivery of their Transactional Finance Team. This role will be ideal for an experienced Transactional Finance Leader with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and a motivation to make a meaningful impact.

This is a critical and key leadership role that will take full responsibility for all, end to end transactional finance operations with a focus upon efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvements.

As this is an (initial) Fixed Term Contract, applicants will need to be able to start work on a reduced/ immediate notice period and have proven experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 15 associates to deliver a high volume of end-to-end transactional finance activities.
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Payables teams. Ensuring KPI targets are met and efficient and accurate processing is maintained and collection targets are achieved.
