Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid - 1 day from home)
£27,000 - £35,000 + annual bonus
Monday - Friday | 35 hours per week (flexible)
The Role
We are recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join a growing financial services organisation in Liverpool. This role will support the operational delivery, ensuring processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
This is a great opportunity for someone with pensions or financial services experience looking to develop within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Administration
Process operational changes across pension schemes and records
Support Terms of Business (TOB) administration
Manage adviser and agency changes within service levels
Maintain accurate client, adviser, and scheme data Complaints & Customer Outcomes
Log, track, and support complaint handling processes
Gather information for investigations and monitor deadlines
Maintain complaint MI and ensure regulatory time frames are met
Support Consumer Duty and vulnerable customer processes
Workflow & Case Management
Manage shared mailboxes and workflow queues
Prioritise tasks and monitor outstanding cases
Escalate risks or delays where required
Quality & Controls
Ensure accuracy and audit trails across all processes
Support QA checks, audits, and compliance monitoring
Assist with issue resolution and root cause analysis
Stakeholder Support
Respond to queries from advisers, clients, and internal teams
Liaise with third parties and build strong working relationships
What We're Looking For:
Financial services experience, ideally in Investment Operations / Pensions Admin
Knowledge of investment‑related regulation (e.g., ISAs, pensions)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
Understanding of working within a regulated environment
Desirable:
Complaints handling or regulatory experience
Knowledge of Consumer Duty
Experience with Terms Of Business or adviser relationships
