Finance Manager

I am recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a growing and ambitious business. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to bring together their technical accounting experience and commercial finance skills within a role that offers genuine career progression as the company continues to expand. Working closely with senior management, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while supporting the production of accurate and insightful financial reporting.

Key responsibilites will include:
Production and review of monthly management accounts Preparation of quarterly profit and loss statements and balance sheet reporting Cash flow forecasting and monitoring Daily bank reconciliations and cash management Management of company credit cards and employee expenses Processing and review of complex purchase invoices Sales ledger management and debtor control Ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining strong financial controls Supporting the wider business with financial reporting and analysis through existing Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools I'm looking for a newly qualified accountant or finalist who has a strong understanding of management accounting and financial controls with a proactive approach and a desire to develop and grow within the business.
