Be part of a collaborative tax team where your knowledge of UK corporation tax helps deliver accurate results and supports regulatory requirements. Your work helps shape informed decision making while contributing to consistent, high quality reporting across the UK business. Working closely with colleagues, you play an important part in meeting key deadlines and driving continuous improvement within the tax team.
You’llmake an impact by:
- Delivering quarterly Solvency II tax compliance and supporting annual reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all submissions.
- Supporting IFRS tax reporting through timely analysis and clear communication of outputs.
- Preparing UK corporation tax estimates for statutory accounts and HMRC submissions across a portfolio of UK entities.
- Producing transfer pricing analysis for quarterly reporting and tax return purposes, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Gathering and validating financial data from multiple sources, enabling reliable quarterly reporting, tax returns, and ad hoc requirements.
- Collaborating with the tax compliance and reporting leader to provide clear and concise information within tight reporting timelines.
- Demonstrated experience in corporation tax compliance within a UK context.
- Good understanding of UK corporation tax law and regulations.
- Confidence in analysing financial information from complex accounting systems.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills supporting accurate and concise reporting.
- Relevant accounting or tax qualification, a similar HMRC qualification, or a background in Corporate Tax gained through practical experience.
