A rapidly growing established wealth management firm is looking to appoint ambitious Financial Advisers to support its continued expansion. With over 30 advisers already in place and significant growth plans over the next 12–18 months, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its future.

The firm is seeking advisers who are committed to building a long‑term career and can bring an element of an existing client bank. They are looking for professionals who value client relationships and business development.

• Provide holistic financial planning advice to new and existing clients.
• Develop and grow your client portfolio while delivering exceptional service.
• Build long‑term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with compliance and paraplanning support to deliver high‑quality advice.
• Maintain FCA compliance and keep up to date with industry and regulatory changes.

• Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum.
• CII qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Ability to bring an element of an existing client bank.
• Strong relationship‑building and business development skills.
• Looking for a long‑term opportunity within a growing business.

• Salary ranging from £40,000 to £125,000

• Hybrid working with an expectation of 2–3 days in the office
