We're seeking a commercially driven, strategic Head of Finance to play a key role in our organisation. This isn't just another finance leadership role. TheOpportunity
You’ll sit at the centre of business performance, driving financial excellence, challenging decisions, and enabling growth. You’ll lead the finance function while partnering across the business to ensure we deliver on our financial commitments, maximise value, and unlock future opportunities.
What you’ll be doing- Leading the finance function for the business division, providing insight, challenge, and direction
- Delivering robust financial control, reporting, budgeting and forecasting to support decision-making
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, influencing both strategic and operational decisions
- Driving performance through insight, analysis, and clear communication of financial data
- Owning governance, controls, and risk management, ensuring strong financial discipline across the business
- Leading business transformation projects to accelerate growth and improve margins
- Supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A activity and due diligence
- Driving the cash agenda, ensuring strong financial health and performance
- Leading, inspiring and developing a high‑performing finance team
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles
- A strong track record of driving performance, managing risk, and leading teams
- The ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight
- Confidence to challenge, influence and support senior stakeholders
- A passion for continuous improvement, transformation, and innovation
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on engagement, culture and development
