Finance Director

Reed Finance are pleased to be partnering with a renowned professional services business in their search for a new Finance Director This is a pivotal leadership role within a growing organisation with ambitious plans to double revenue over the next three years through organic growth and a significant acquisition programme. As Finance Director, you will act as the lead financial voice to the Board, driving strategic financial planning, supporting M&A activity, and ensuring robust regulatory compliance.

You’ll oversee an established finance function, lead financial integration of acquisitions, and play a key role in shaping a scalable, technology-led finance operation.

Key Responsibilities Strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting and profitability improvement Supporting an active acquisition pipeline (due diligence, integration, modelling) Leading finance transformation, systems improvement and reporting excellence Full oversight of financial controls, tax, audit, and cashflow Partnering with senior leadership on growth, risk and operational strategy About You Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and relevant finance leadership experience Proven track record at FD/CFO level within a professional services or similar environment Comfortable operating at Board level with a commercial, growth-oriented mindset Eligible to be approved as COFA (or able to meet SRA requirements) This is a wonderful opportunity to join a people centric organisation with strong values.
