Our client is a highly respected financial planning firm, providing tailored advice across pensions, investments, protection and inheritance tax planning. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their collaborative technical team.

The Role
 
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll play a key role in delivering comprehensive financial planning solutions for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
 
Preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports
Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, protection, bonds, trusts and inheritance tax planning
Supporting advisers with complex financial planning cases
Producing clear and accurate recommendations that align with FCA Consumer Duty principles
Managing and maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Ensuring all work meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
Working collaboratively with advisers and the wider support team to deliver an exceptional client experience  About You
 
To be successful, you'll have:
 
At least 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management firm
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, bonds and trusts

Experience of inheritance tax planning, including exposure to AIM and Business Relief solutions (desirable)
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or be close to achieving it with relevant experience)
Excellent report writing, research and analytical skills
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
