People First Team Japan seeks a Mandarin-speaking AVP RM for Non-Banking Financial Institutions based in London. The role focuses on building sustainable multi-product relationships with FI clients, particularly Sovereign Entities and MDBs, across EMEA, Central Asia and China.
Hybrid work arrangement after an initial 1–2 months, permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring RM experience, Mandarin fluency, credit analysis knowledge, and a solid grasp of AML/KYC/CDD processes.
