Sowena Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to take ownership of the financial management of the Block Management portfolio in Central Liverpool. You will partner with the Financial Controller and operations to drive service charge accounting, monthly reporting and forecasting.
The role requires qualified accounting credentials (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and a strong commercial mindset with experience in FP&A or management accounting.
