• Manage all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
• Lead and mentor a small team to maintain high performance standards.
• Work with external auditors to ensure successful audits.
• Proactively drive process and systems change and development

To be considered for the Finance Manager role you should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• The ability to step into a leadership role.
