- Ensurefinancialrecordsareaccurate,withregularbalancesheetreconciliations
- Managecashflowandoverseedebt,includingresolvingcomplexissues
- Support ambitious MD with growth strategy
- Assistwithbudgeting,forecastingandfinancialplanning
- Tax, VAT processes
- Drivecontinuousimprovementthroughprocessenhancementsandprojects
- Qualified accountant(ACA/ACCA/CIMA) orQBE
- Experienceinindustryorafast‑pacedcommercialenvironment
- Confidentwith Excelandfinancesystems(Sageadvantageous)
- Highlyorganised,proactiveandabletomanagecompetingdeadlines
- Strongattentiontodetailwiththeconfidencetochallengewhereneeded
- Effective communicator,comfortableworkingwithstakeholdersatalllevels
