, this role will grab your attention.
We're supporting a respectedoperationally focussed organisation where labour forms the biggest cost driver across c.600 staff, this position plays a crucial role in analysing, reporting and improving workforce-related financial performance.
The RoleYou'll join a collaborative, energetic finance team and take ownership of labour-focused management accounting, including:
- Labour cost analysis across amultiple divisions
- Identifying rate variances, seasonal fluctuations and trends
- Producing monthly management accounts, journals and reconciliations
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting
- Supporting internal stakeholders with clear variance commentary
- Enhancing reporting using advanced Excel and Power Query
- Contributing to financial modelling, business cases and ad-hoc costings
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where your insight directly supports service delivery and operational decision-making.
What You'll Need- Proven experience analysing staffing/labour costs

- Power Query
- SUMIFS
- Strong management accounting background
- Ability to communicate confidently with non-finance stakeholders
- Qualified or nearing qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
