The role The successful Financial Planner will join a growing team providing simplified financial advice to clients with relatively straightforward requirements, typically those with investible assets of up to £600,000. Administration and paraplanning are handled elsewhere, leaving you free to concentrate on client conversations, recommendations and outcomes.
Technology and AI support a more efficient advice process, enabling the team to help more people while maintaining a personal and professional service. When a conversation uncovers needs that are more complex, the case can be passed to a more experienced Financial Planner within the wider business. You will still receive your 25% share of the resulting new business, recognising the relationship and opportunity you have developed.
