Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working) 1 paid day per week working/travelling to an additional site Salary: £37,000 - £42,000  Benefits We’re working with a growing and well-established organisation looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join its finance team in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified or qualified-by-experience finance professional looking for a hands-on role with strong exposure to management accounts, reporting and business partnering.

Reporting into the senior finance team, you’ll take ownership of key month-end and management accounting responsibilities, while working closely with operational teams to provide accurate financial information and insight.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports Supporting month-end and year-end close processes Balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial controls Variance analysis, identifying key trends and investigating discrepancies Budgeting and forecasting support Providing financial analysis and insight to operational stakeholders Supporting the wider finance team with process improvements and ad-hoc analysis Ensuring financial information is accurate, timely and compliant Working across multiple entities / areas of the business where required

Key requirements:

AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or qualified by experience Strong understanding of management accounts and month-end processes Net Suite experience (Essential) Good Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability The confidence to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders A proactive approach with the ability to work independently If you feel like this opportunity matches your skillset then please apply and contact me on -
