We Do Social Work Recruitment is seeking a Tribunal & Complaints Officer to join a SEND service on an interim basis. The role focuses on managing SEND complaints and tribunal matters to clear backlogs and improve service delivery.
You will handle a backlog of cases, work to deadlines, and apply the SEND statutory framework with professional, independent judgment. Hybrid work with two days on-site and 35 hours per week; LTD day rate £350–£400.
