Staffordshire Parish Councils' Association (SPCA) has commissioned a Parish and town council support officer and interim principal officer to lead the creation and establishment of new town councils in Staffordshire, while supporting existing parish and town councils across the county.
Reporting to the SPCA CEO, you will guide the project from inception through to implementation, assist with recruitment of a clerk and responsible financial officer, and ensure governance, legality and day-one
