This market leader now seeks to recruit a Customer Operations Manager to support their recent rapid growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for

Building and nurturing the relationships with key customers within the medical imaging equipment department
Providing excellent customer care, with a view to contract retention and growth
Building an extensive knowledge of customer service needs
Your Background - Customer Operations Manager, Medical Imaging Systems

To apply , you should be able to demonstrate one of the following:

A background working as a medical imaging field service manager or a radiology manager with a clinical background
A background in a medical or biomedical engineer role
Experience working with MRI, CT or x-ray systems
Experience in account management, business development or customer management
