This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop administration support for our team of cardiac physiologists delivering the implantable cardiac device follow up services.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all admin aspects of the device follow up service, supporting patients with home monitors, reviewing messages, triaging and signposting urgent messages to the relevant cardiac physiologist.
- Arrange extra or urgent appointments as required and refer patients to the Cardiologist virtual device support clinic.
- Plan and manage multidisciplinary meetings.
- Assist with service development and proactively highlight any shortcomings or potential problems.
- Carry out secretarial and administration duties within the directorate when required.
