About this job- Assessing , planning, implementing and evaluating care
- Develop clinical knowledge to care for unwell adults
- Safe drug administration
- Excellent communication skills to optimise care for unwell patients on AMU 3
- Maintaining safe environment for patients, relatives and colleagues
- Planning and implementing safe discharge for patients liaising with multidisciplinary team.
- Carry out venepuncture , cannulation, VBG, ABG, Blood cultures, catheterisation and managing Peg feeding
- Document all care as per NMC guidelines and ensure all patient risk assessments are completed within the expected time frames
