Pay: £12.50 – £16.50 per hour (DOE & placement)
Shifts:
Days, Nights, Sleep-ins, Block bookings available
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide person‑centred care to adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and complex behaviours.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support
- Support daily living & independence skills
- Manage challenging behaviours safely
- Maintain safeguarding & care standards
- Accurate record keeping
- Minimum 6 months UK care experience
- DBS (Update Service preferred)
- PMVA/MAPA training desirable
- Right to work in UK
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
