Salary: £25,364 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers and supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff.

Assessing and reviewing individual care plans. Managing rotas to impeccable standards. Building strong relationships with care workers. Supervising and supporting care staff to deliver high‑quality care.

Experience & Organisation:
Efficient and organised Care Coordinator passionate about community care, excellent at managing rotas and building relationships with care workers.

Stepping Up? Previous healthcare experience and a solid understanding of CQC, care plans, and rotas is required to support your transition into this role.
