Future Living Care is an award-winning provider of person-centered care for vulnerable

children and adults, specializing in complex needs. We deliver domiciliary, supported

living, neuro-rehabilitation, and palliative care services across the North West, with a

reputation for exceeding industry standards.

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee all aspects of our care services.

The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care,

compliance, and operational excellence while leading and developing a

multidisciplinary team.

• Manage and support all care service teams (domiciliary, supported living, neuro-rehabilitation, palliative)
• Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
• Oversee client assessments, care planning, and personalized support
• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Conduct audits, monitor service quality, and drive improvement
• Handle escalated client or staff issues and complaints
• Maintain client satisfaction and retention rates
• Oversee rota management and daily operations

• Proven management experience in health and social care
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Person-centered approach and commitment to quality
• Experience with complex care, neuro-rehabilitation, or palliative care
• Familiarity with care management software (Nourish, Birdie, Care planner)
