Better Support Solutions also specialises in assisting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and supporting those with mental health challenges, Autism, psychosocial needs, and physical disabilities.

Role Description

This is a full‑time Rostering Coordinator role based on‑site in the Greater Liverpool Area. The role involves creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for participants' support needs. Responsibilities include coordinating rosters, resolving scheduling conflicts, maintaining accurate data records, communicating with team members and participants, and ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements. The Rostering Coordinator will work closely with other team members to deliver reliable and high‑quality support services.

Qualifications
  • Experience with rostering, scheduling, and staff coordination
  • Proficiency in time management, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of NDIS services, guidelines, and compliance is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining and updating schedules
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Basic proficiency in software and systems used for scheduling and record‑keeping
  • Relevant qualifications or work experience in scheduling, coordination, or similar roles
