Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Rehabilitation Assistants to join Community Therapy Teams serving Waterside/Totton and Southern Parishes. The role supports patients in their homes, assisting with exercise programmes and equipment under supervision of therapists and frailty services.
Responsibilities include working with the Therapy Team Leader and staff to implement therapy, maintain records, and ensure patient-centred planning.
