Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for a lady and a gentlemen in their late 50’s

• We require some assistance to mobilise as we have some mobility difficulties.
• We require support with all of our personal care needs.
• One of us has non-verbal communication so you will need to spend time with us to see how we communicate with you.

8am till 8pm days, 8pm till 8am nights

You’ll be supporting 2 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
