Hillside Practice in Skelton-in-Cleveland is seeking an experienced Practice Clinical Pharmacist to continue the safe and cost-effective prescribing culture established within the practice.
The role is 24 hours per week with negotiable days, supported by a friendly multidisciplinary team, and a focus on medicines optimisation and patient care improvements.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, 6 weeks annual leave pro-rata plus bank holidays and 1 week study leave pro-rata.
