What You'll Be DoingNo two days are ever the same.
You’ll Help The People We Support To- Develop everyday living skills
- Prepare meals and cook independently
- Manage appointments and medication
- Maintain their home and manage household tasks
- Build budgeting and money management skills
- Access education, employment, volunteering,and community activities
- Build confidence, resilience, and independence
- Promote emotional wellbeing and recovery
As our services continue to evolve to meet the needs of the people we support, there may be occasions where personal care forms part of the role. If required, you'll receive full training, guidance, and ongoing support.

We’re looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and committed to making a positive difference.
You’ll Ideally Have- A caring, person‑centred approach
- Experience in care, support work or mental health services, or a Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Experience supporting a family member, friend, or someone with additional needs is welcomed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Two satisfactory references covering the previous three years
- The ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Northern Healthcare)
