General Description
The University of Liverpool is inviting applications for a Research Associate in Digital Health and Care Systems to join an interdisciplinary research team working on innovative projects aimed at improving health and care delivery through digital technologies. This position is based within a dynamic academic environment that emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, including health sciences, data science, and digital innovation.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital health interventions and systems, supporting research that addresses real-world healthcare challenges. The role involves working closely with academic researchers, clinicians, and external stakeholders to develop evidence-based solutions that enhance patient care, system efficiency, and health outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting high-quality research, managing and analysing complex datasets, contributing to publications and reports, and supporting grant applications. The postholder will also engage in stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that research findings are effectively translated into practice and policy contexts.

[Eligibility Criteria]
Applicants should hold a PhD (or be close to completion) in a relevant discipline such as digital health, health informatics, computer science, public health, or a related field.

Experience in digital health, health informatics, or healthcare systems research
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with quantitative and/or qualitative methods
Experience in data management, analysis, and interpretation
Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary research projects
Strong academic writing and communication skills
Experience working with healthcare data or digital interventions
Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across academic, clinical, and policy settings
