Domus Recruitment is assisting an established elderly care home in recruiting an RGN Deputy Manager to join the leadership team. You will support the Home Manager, supervise clinical and care staff, and ensure high standards of person-centred care with robust medication management and compliance.
The role requires an RGN with valid NMC registration, a minimum of 3 years’ UK experience, and prior clinical leadership or senior nursing experience in a nursing home environment.
