Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker - Liverpool

Nights – 9pm until 7am
Pay rates: from £15.19 - £17.10 hour (including holiday pay)

Our healthcare assistants/support workers deliver highly bespoke care shaped around the individual needs, goals and aspirations.
As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client. Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.
About the role
In this role, you will be supporting our 1-year-old male client within his family home, who is living with several complex care needs. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients’ clinical interventions that include tracheostomy, invasive ventilation, nebulisers, humidification and oxygen (all training will be provided).
Role Requirements
- 6 months care experience within the 2 years (UK based)
- Have experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
- Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
- Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
- Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism
