About the Role:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our service users and care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is delivered consistently. Conducting initial visits and assessments for new service users Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and reviewing personalized care plans Supporting the Care Coordinator with day-to-day operations Carrying out spot checks, observations, and mentoring staff Providing emergency care cover when required Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weekends  1 weekday night)
