We looking for caring, compassionate, and motivated Support Workers to join our team at Liverpool supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.
This is a rewarding role where you'll build meaningful relationships, promote independence, and support individuals to achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Encouraging independence and daily living skills.
- Supporting individuals with personal care and well-being where required.
- Promoting community involvement, social activities, and inclusion.
- Building positive relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
- Maintaining accurate records and working as part of a supportive team.
- A caring, positive, and reliable attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Experience in care, support work, learning disabilities, mental health, or autism is desirable but not essential.
- Someone who is flexible, proactive, and willing to get stuck in.
