The Role of a One to One Autism Support Assistant :
Provide 1:1 support for secondary pupils with autism Support communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and learning Assist with structured routines, sensory strategies, and differentiated lessons Help implement IEPs, individual targets, and behaviour plans Work closely with teachers, families, and external professionals We're Looking For a One to One Autism Support Assistant:
