• Clinical Delivery:

• Competencies:
  
  Demonstrate mastery of clinical pharmacy systems and advanced pharmacology to manage high-acuity caseloads effectively.
• Quality & Compliance:
  Maintain rigorous adherence to GPHC standards and Trust-specific protocols to ensure the highest levels of patient safety.
• Skills:
  
  Coordinate seamlessly with medical and nursing staff to streamline discharge planning and departmental workflow.

• Background:
  Relevant experience in a UK-based Pharmacy setting, with Right to Work in the UK.
• Credentials:
  Mandatory MPharm Degree (or equivalent) and current GPHC registration.
