Recovery Worker - Liverpool City Centre

We are currently seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker for a short-term contract in Liverpool City Centre. This role is suitable for professionals with experience in substance misuse to contribute to vital community services.

• Providing essential support to individuals with substance misuse issues
• Assisting clients in their recovery journey through personalised care plans
• Engaging effectively with clients to encourage attendance and participation
• Monitoring and recording client progress and reporting outcomes
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Promoting a safe and supportive environment for service users

• Prior experience working with substance misuse or in a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathy, resilience, and a non-judgmental attitude
• Knowledge of Substance Misuse (mandatory)
• Confidence in handling sensitive situations with discretion

This contract offers an attractive daily rate, aligned with industry standards, payable via daily payroll runs. Specific pay rates are available upon application.
