An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurses to join our Stroke team at Broadgreen University Hospital. Ward 8 Stroke Transitional Unit

The North Mersey Stroke Service focuses on providing timely and specialist care for stroke patients from across the North Mersey area.

It provides a wide range of services including acute stroke support and assessment,rehabilitation, and all aspects of inpatient care to patients from the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Aintree University Hospital, Broadgreen Hospital and Southport Hospital sites.

You must be highly motivated, innovative and have a passion for delivering outstanding care to our patients and our community.

Transforming stroke care is a priority within the NHS Long Term Plan.

The merger of services will present a number of development opportunities for staff who are passionate about the care of stroke patients to further their careers in managerial, clinical roles or advanced clinical roles.

Ward 8 Stroke Transitional Unit Unit is a 25 bedded rehabilitation unit The Ward accounts for a wide range of services providing post stroke Support and assessment in rehabilitation and all aspects of inpatient care to patients.

The successful Candidate will be be responsible for the assessment planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care.

Work as a member of the Multi-disciplinary team providing patient centred care .

Ward 8 Stroke Transitional Unit at Broadgreen University Hospital are looking to recruit a Qualified Nurse To Join our team. The Stroke Transitional Unit is a 25 bedded ward. The Ward accounts for a wide range of services providing post stroke Support and assessment, rehabilitation and all aspects of inpatient care to patients.

We are a multidisciplinary department. The team consist of Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Therapists.

The post older will be involved in assessment, planning ,delivery and evaluation of nursing care.
