An exciting opportunity has arisen within the system support team providing support to Liverpool Women's Hospital.

We are looking for an individual with strong NHS knowledge, good analytical skills, excellent telephone manner, exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude to join our great team.

Strong candidates for this will possess good troubleshooting skills and have impeccable communications skills, methodical approach to tasks and experience of using a patient administration system. Ideally, you will have demonstrable and relevant experience working within a NHS service and using electronic NHS IT systems.

The Clinical Systems Support provides clinical systems support for many of the Trusts clinical systems primarily Meditech.

• Work closely with all stakeholders, providing information, to determine how the clinical systems can be developed, configured and enhanced to meet the requirements for clinical and administrative workflows
• To provide a help desk service for the Trust’s clinical system’s ensuring that all requests for assistance are correctly logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner.
• To monitor, prioritise and act upon calls received from 1st /2nd Line Support. This will include ownership of the call and completing actions to seek resolution.
• Ensure all incidents are logged in the incident management system and calls are updated accurately and in a timely manner
