The Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ANP / ACP) is a highly skilled and autonomous clinical professional who delivers expert patient-centred care within the Acute Care Division. Working across the four pillars of Advanced Clinical Practice, Education, Leadership, and Research, the post holder is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with complex healthcare needs. They will make critical clinical decisions, order and interpret investigations, prescribe medications within their scope of practice, and manage complete episodes of care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
