We’re hiring registered healthcare professionals in Fareham to join a growing team as Functional Assessors — a role where you’ll use your clinical expertise in a structured, non-treatment environment.

We’re looking for:

• NMC Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
• HCPC Registered Professionals :
• Paramedics
• Occupational Therapists
• Physiotherapists

Minimum 12 months’ recent UK post-qualification experience

Full UK right to work ( no sponsorship available )

You’ll carry out functional assessments for individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA)

• Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments in the Milton Keynes area
• Assess individuals with physical and mental health conditions
• Apply your clinical knowledge + medical evidence to each case
• Produce clear, evidence-based reports
• Help determine how conditions impact daily living

No treatments. No ward work. No emergencies.

• No shifts, nights, or weekends
• Hybrid working – 2 days in a local assessment centre, 3 from home
• Office-style routine with clinical impact
• Less physical strain, more structure

Perfect if you’re feeling burnt out from frontline care but still want to use your skills.

• Strong clinical knowledge (physical + mental health)
• Good IT skills (report writing is ~50% of role)
• Ability to commute to Fareham site 2 days per week
• Confident communication and decision-making skills
