Responsibilities and ExpectationsAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Index, you will play a key role in identifying top talent and supporting high growth clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with candidates and building relationships quickly
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting passive talent
- Managing the full recruitment process from search to placement
- Following a proven sales cadence to create new opportunities
- Developing commercial judgement and communication skills in a fast paced environment
