As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Index, you will play a key role in identifying top talent and supporting high growth clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with candidates and building relationships quickly
• Proactively sourcing and headhunting passive talent
• Managing the full recruitment process from search to placement
• Following a proven sales cadence to create new opportunities
• Developing commercial judgement and communication skills in a fast paced environment
