The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

Manage and develop a warm desk in the trades & labour sector, placing skilled workers across a variety of construction projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Drive business development to expand our client base across Liverpool and surrounding areas
Lead by example, supporting junior team members when needed
Ensure full compliance with industry standards and recruitment best practices

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in trades & labour recruitment (2+ years preferred)
Excellent knowledge of the local construction market
Strong business development skills with a track record of billing success
Confident, self-motivated, and highly organised
A team player who thrives in a busy, target-driven environment
