We are recruiting a highly organised HR Coordinator to join our busy HR department in Liverpool, where you will provide support to a number of teams, with primary focus on the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, alongside providing administrative support to the Global HR Director.
This post will focus heavily on L&D based activities and project-based work, as opposed to a typical transactional HR role, providing the opportunity to have involvement across the HR department.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance of Learning Management System, including course creation, promotion and delegate management
- Support organisation of HR/Learning events including publicity, room bookings, refreshments, room layout, resource preparation etc
- Managing post event evaluation processes (including reports and analysis)
- Acting as a point of contact for queries
- Administrative and coordination support to annual Progression and Development processes e.g. appraisals, promotions etc.
- Provide operational support to Global HR Director in day-to-day management of HR department, including budget reporting etc
- Maintain annual and quarterly departmental calendar, monitoring and reporting deadlines and actions against business plans
- Coordination and collation of monthly and quarterly reports, including updating KPIs
- Proven experience a working in a fast-paced and high-volume commercial office environment
- Strong numeracy and data analysis skills
- Experience of effectively managing multiple administration activities simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy
- Experience of working in a confidential environment
- Experience in Microsoft office applications
- Experience using a Learning Management System (or similar system)
- Experience of using systems to store and retrieve data
